Agencies and marketers
Agencies that run websites, ads, social media or GoHighLevel accounts for restaurants.
Refer clients to the POS or the Service Bundle. Our restaurant snapshot gives you ready-made automations to talk about.
Our restaurant POS reseller program is for people who already help restaurant owners: marketing agencies, accountants and bookkeepers, and hardware installers. You introduce a restaurant, we handle onboarding and support, and you earn a share of the subscription for as long as they stay. Partners work with us in the United States, the UAE and Pakistan.

It is for people restaurant owners already trust: marketing agencies, accountants and bookkeepers, and hardware installers. If you work with independent full-service restaurants in the United States, the UAE or Pakistan, and they ask you which POS to use, the program pays you for the introduction and for every month they stay.
Owners rarely pick a POS from an ad. They ask the person who does their books, builds their website or wires their printers. That person knows the restaurant and its problems. The program rewards that trust without asking you to become a POS expert. You introduce; our onboarding desk does the setup, menu import and training.
You can also refer restaurants to the managed website or the Service Bundle. Agencies often find the bundle easiest to explain. Partners can choose how involved to be. Some only share a link. Others join the demo, help with the website brief or install the printers. Whichever way you work, the restaurant gets one team for setup and support.
Partners earn a recurring share of each referred restaurant's subscription, paid monthly while the restaurant stays a paying customer. The current share is shown on this page. Your partner link tracks each restaurant, and you can see who signed up and who became paying in your partner report.
The share applies to the software subscription. It does not include card processing, which runs through the restaurant's own processor. Payment terms, methods and minimum payouts are set out in the partner agreement you sign before you start. Read it before you refer your first restaurant. Each payment comes with a statement listing the restaurants it covers.
If a restaurant you referred cancels, the monthly share stops. If they come back through your link, it starts again. Your partner report shows each restaurant's status, so you always know which accounts are active and what you have earned. Ask us any time if a referral looks missing from your report.
Very little, unless you want to do more. Our team runs the demo, the setup and the menu import, and answers support questions. Hardware installers usually set up printers and networks on site. Agencies often help with the website brief. You choose your role with each restaurant.
Some partners like to sit in on the demo so they can answer questions about the restaurant. That is welcome, and it often helps the owner decide. Please describe the product honestly. Use the materials we give you, avoid promises we do not make, and never claim certifications or prices that are not on our site.
If a client has a problem, send them to support and copy us. We keep you informed, so you are never surprised by a question from your own client. Good partners are told about changes to plans and features before they go live. We also share new materials with partners first, so your pitch stays accurate.

No. You need to know restaurants, not POS software. We give you a short walkthrough and run every demo. Many partners never touch the software themselves.
The standard program is a referral and revenue share under our brand. If you want to discuss a different arrangement, tell us on your application. We review those requests one by one.
Payment method and currency are set in your partner agreement. We discuss the options for your country when you apply, because they differ between the US, UAE and Pakistan.
The tracking window and the rules for linking a restaurant to your account are in the partner agreement. Book a demo for your client through your link, or tell us before they sign up, so the referral is recorded.
Yes. We do not sell hardware, so your hardware business stays yours. Install standard devices that work with the POS, and check models with us if you are unsure.
Yes. The bundle is a subscription like the POS plans, so the share applies to it too. Agencies that already use GoHighLevel find the restaurant snapshot easy to explain to owners.
No. There is no fee to apply or to stay a partner. You sign a partner agreement that sets out the share and the payment terms.
With the owner's permission, the owner can create a user for you with a role that sees reports only. You can then export sales, tax and tip reports yourself at month-end.
