POS, website and guest follow-up, one bill
Our restaurant POS and website bundle puts three tools on one monthly price: the Full Service POS, a managed website, and a GoHighLevel CRM sub-account with our restaurant snapshot installed. The snapshot asks happy guests for reviews, texts back missed calls and reminds diners of their booking, so you stop paying for separate tools that do not talk to each other.

Price in your country
Annual billing saves about 15%. Setup fee for the website is waived in the bundle.

What the snapshot does for you
Six automations run in the background after you go live.
- Review requests after a paid checkWhen a check is paid, the guest gets a short thank-you text with a link to leave a review. Only guests who agreed to receive messages are contacted.
- Missed-call text-backIf the phone rings during the rush and nobody answers, the caller gets a text right away with your menu link and booking link.
- Reservation remindersGuests with a booking get a reminder before their time, with an easy way to confirm or cancel, so fewer tables sit empty.
- Birthday offerGuests who shared their birthday get a short message and an offer you choose, such as a free dessert, in their birthday week.
- Win-back for lapsed regularsRegulars who have not visited in a while get a friendly note and a reason to come back. You choose the wait time and the offer.
- Catering lead follow-upCatering and private-dining enquiries get an instant reply, then a follow-up if nobody books, so big orders do not get lost in the inbox.
The snapshot itself is also sold on its own at Restaurant Snapshot for GHL.
What is in the restaurant POS and website bundle?
The bundle includes the Full Service POS, a managed custom website with the setup fee waived, and a GoHighLevel CRM sub-account that we set up with our restaurant snapshot. The snapshot runs review requests, missed-call text-back, reservation reminders and other guest follow-ups. It is one price per location, month to month.
The Full Service POS covers the floor: tables, coursing, kitchen screens, tips and tip pooling, split checks, bookings and rewards. The online store and QR menu come with it. The managed website is designed and kept updated by our web studio, with the menu synced from your POS. The CRM sub-account holds your guest list and runs the automations, so follow-up happens without anyone remembering to do it.
We set up all three for you and connect them. You get one bill and one team to call when something needs to change. Because one team sets up everything, the pieces are connected from day one. Website forms feed the CRM, bookings trigger reminders, and paid checks trigger review requests, without you wiring tools together.
- Full Service POS for one location
- Managed website, setup fee waived
- GoHighLevel sub-account with our restaurant snapshot
- One monthly price, no contract
Is the bundle cheaper than buying the tools separately?
For most restaurants that would otherwise pay for a big-vendor POS, a PCI fee, a website platform and a CRM, yes. Published prices for those tools add up to well over the bundle price before anyone builds the restaurant automations. Compare the table above with the bundle price shown on our pricing page.
The stack table uses published prices checked on October 17, 2026. Toast lists its Point of Sale plan at about $69 a month per location and a $9.95 PCI fee. Restaurant website platforms commonly run $119 to $499 a month. GoHighLevel starts at $97 a month on its own. Those numbers do not include the time to build automations inside a CRM, which agencies usually quote as a separate project. In the bundle, the snapshot is already built for restaurants.
Prices change and sources disagree, so confirm current prices with each vendor before you decide. Remember to count your own time as well. Every separate tool needs logins, settings and someone to call when it breaks. In the bundle, one team handles all three, which saves hours that do not show up on any invoice.
- No PCI or statement fees from us
- Website setup fee waived
- Automations already built
- Prices shown in your currency on the pricing page
What is the GoHighLevel restaurant snapshot?
A snapshot is a ready-made package of workflows, message templates, pipelines and forms that installs into a GoHighLevel account. Ours is built for restaurants. We install it in a GoHighLevel sub-account we set up for you, connect it to your website and phone, and switch on the automations you choose.
GoHighLevel is a CRM and marketing platform used by many agencies. On its own it is a blank toolbox. The snapshot fills it with restaurant workflows: reviews, missed calls, bookings, birthdays, win-backs and catering leads. The snapshot's home is restaurantsnapshotforghl.com, where it is also sold to agencies. In the bundle you do not buy it separately. It comes installed and configured in your own sub-account.
You can edit messages, turn workflows off, or ask us to change timing. The guest list in the sub-account belongs to you. We set the timing of each workflow to match your service, for example review requests the morning after dinner, not during dessert. You can pause any workflow during holidays or closures with one request to us.
- Installed in a sub-account we set up
- Message templates you can edit
- Connected to your website forms and phone
- Your guest list stays yours
Do guests have to agree before they get texts?
Yes. The automations only message guests who agreed to receive messages, for example by ticking a box on a booking or order form. Every message includes a way to stop. Texting rules differ by country, and we set up consent wording for the US, UAE and Pakistan with you.
Messages that guests did not ask for hurt your reputation and can break texting rules. The snapshot is built to collect consent first and to honor stop requests right away. In the US, business texting usually needs registration with the carriers before messages can be sent at volume. We guide you through that step when we set up your sub-account.
Review requests ask for an honest review. They never offer a reward in exchange for a good one. We also keep message volume sensible. Guests get a few useful messages, such as a reminder before their booking, not a stream of promotions. Fewer, better messages keep people subscribed and keep your phone number in good standing.
- Consent collected on forms
- Stop option in every message
- Carrier registration help in the US
- Honest review requests only
Bundle questions
Onboarding desk · usually replies within a business day
Can I start with the POS and add the bundle later?
Yes. Many owners start on the Full Service plan and move to the bundle once the floor is running well. The upgrade adds the website and the CRM sub-account. Your POS data stays where it is.
Does the bundle price cover more than one location?
The bundle is priced per location per month. A second location adds its own POS, and we talk with you about whether it needs its own website pages or shares one site. Ask on your demo for a quote for several locations.
Who owns the GoHighLevel sub-account and the guest list?
Your guest contacts and messages belong to your restaurant. We set up and manage the sub-account for you while you are on the bundle. If you leave, we help you export your contacts.
Can I change the text of the automated messages?
Yes. Send us the wording you want, or ask us to write it in your voice. Messages can be set in English and in the languages your guests read. We test every change before it goes live.
Does missed-call text-back need a new phone number?
Usually it uses a number set up in your sub-account that forwards to your restaurant line. We explain the options during setup, including keeping your existing number on your menus and signage.
Is the snapshot the same one sold on restaurantsnapshotforghl.com?
It is the same restaurant snapshot, installed and configured for you. Agencies can buy it there for their own clients. In the bundle you get it set up in your own sub-account without buying it separately.
Can I cancel only the website or only the CRM?
Yes. The bundle is month to month. You can step down to a POS plan, or keep the website on its own. The price changes to the plan you keep.
Do the review requests go to Google?
They send guests to the review page you choose, usually your Google Business Profile. Requests go only to guests who agreed to messages. We never filter out unhappy guests or offer rewards for good reviews.
Are card processing fees included in the bundle?
No. Card payments run through your own card processor or acquiring bank, and they charge their own fees. We do not add PCI or statement fees on top.
