In plain words
- Most items are simple settings saved in your browser, such as theme, currency and accessibility options. They are not sent to us.
- Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click to accept in the cookie banner.
- Cloudflare Turnstile sets a security cookie only when the contact form loads, to stop spam.
- We use no marketing or advertising pixels on this site today.
- You can change your choice any time from the cookie settings link in the footer or by clearing your browser storage.
What this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and other browser storage used on the Restaurant POS Studio website, which is run by SOHOON Technologies. It covers the public marketing website only. The POS application you log into uses its own session cookies to keep you signed in; those are needed for the service to work.
If you have a question about this policy, contact us through the form on our contact page or the “Show email” button on that page.
Cookies and browser storage in plain words
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar space in your browser where a website can save small settings. Both stay on your device. Some are read only by the website itself. Others are read by a service the website uses, such as analytics.
Most of what this site stores is local storage holding your own settings, like dark mode or the currency you picked. These items never leave your browser and are not sent to us.
The three groups we use
1. Strictly necessary and preference items. These make the site work the way you asked: they remember your consent choice, your theme, your country and your accessibility settings. They do not track you across other sites. The law does not require consent for strictly necessary items, and we keep them to a minimum.
2. Security items. When the contact or demo form loads, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is using the page, not a spam bot. It may set a short-lived cookie for that purpose.
3. Analytics items (opt-in). Google Analytics 4 measures which pages are read and where visitors come from. It loads only after you click to accept in the cookie banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics does not run and sets no cookies.
We do not use advertising or marketing pixels on this site today. If we add any in the future, they will be off until you consent, and this page will be updated first.

About campaign attribution
When you arrive from an advert, a social post or a partner link, the link often carries tags such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid or msclkid. We save these in sf-attr-v1 for up to 90 days. If you fill in the contact or demo form during that time, the tags are sent with your enquiry so we know which campaign reached you. They are not shared with ad networks. If you never send the form, they stay in your browser and expire.
How to change your choice
- Cookie banner. Use the cookie settings link in the footer to open the banner again and change your choice. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops loading on your next page view.
- Clear site data. You can delete all cookies and local storage for this site in your browser settings. The site will then use default settings and ask for your consent again.
- Block cookies. Most browsers let you block cookies. If you block the Cloudflare Turnstile check, the contact form may not send.
- Google’s opt-out tool. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on all websites.
Clearing or blocking preference items will not break the site. It only means your theme, currency and accessibility settings reset.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off on this site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics unless you choose otherwise in the banner.

- Items starting with
rps-andsf-attr-v1are read only by this website’s own code in your browser. - Turnstile cookies are read by Cloudflare.
